Resilience is how you bounce back.
At Red-Yoga we practice bouncing back mentally and physically. When you stretch your body you will bounce back a little longer, a little stronger, a little firmer. When you practice mental resilience you will bounce. back a little more confident, a little more patient, and a little more able to endure every challenge life hands you.
Endurance is the ability to persevere
At Red-Yoga we practice endurance and perseverance on on a physical and mental level. When you practice breathing technics, your body will learn to efficiently deliver oxygen to the lungs and working muscles during exercise.
The mental practice of being conscious of the breath will allow you to relax, preserve energy and concentrate in the midst of of demanding circumstances. You will practice using your breathe to concentrate on enduring a difficult yoga posture, while your muscles are burning, and you will learn how to use your breathe to endure a stressful life situation when your emotions are escalating.
