We offer mats, towels and water at no extra charge. We offer a cold scented towel at the end of class.
We offer a full schedule of 3 different types of classes all taught by qualified and certified instructors
We are a warm studio under 90 degrees
Our classes are unique; we do not use a script or dialogue.
